ORIYA products are crafted using the foil stamping technique, applying gold leaf to the surface. We use gold leaf that is stretched to 1/10,000th of a millimeter, creating an incredibly delicate and beautiful effect that cannot be achieved through mass production. We value this craftsmanship and imbue it into our creations.

ORIYA accessories weigh approximately 1-3 grams per earring, ensuring a lightweight and stress-free wearing experience. Our earring fixtures are made of 14k gold-filled material, and our earrings come with silicone covers to reduce pressure on the ears.

Our carefully crafted earrings are delivered in original packaging, making them perfect gifts for friends, family, or even as a treat for yourself. We are committed to ensuring that you can enjoy our earrings for a long time. If your earrings are damaged, we offer repair services with meticulous attention to detail.

Please read the following information before making a purchase:

- Pre-Purchase Considerations -

▪︎ Returns and Exchanges:

- We offer returns, exchanges, and free repairs for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, or if the product differs from your initial expectations. Damage incurred within 7 days of normal use will be treated as a defect.

- Orders placed in error cannot be exchanged.

▪︎ Repair Services:

- We offer repairs for each accessory at a cost of ¥1,100 (tax included) per item (including gold leaf repairs).

- Return shipping for repairs is at the customer's expense, but we do not charge for return shipping after repairs are completed.

- Repair turnaround time is approximately 1 month from the date of receipt.

- Depending on the condition, we may be unable to repair the item. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

- Business Hours: Weekdays (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

- For items in stock, we will ship within 3 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

- Made-to-order items will be delivered to you within approximately 1 month from the date of purchase.

- Manufacturing process: Foil stamping on freshwater pearls, followed by drying for approximately 1 week, applying coating agent, and drying for approximately 1 week before processing and shipping as accessories.

- All domestic shipments are sent via compact courier service.
